A.I. Machines' PIE is a prescriptive, integrated portfolio management solution that recreates and automates the entire portfolio construction, investment and risk management process.

A.I. Machines (AIM) is an independent financial technology company specialised in the development, application and operation of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions for investment management.
From our London base, we partner with asset and wealth managers globally to enhance existing strategies, develop differentiated products with better outcomes and increase margins.

AIM's team of researchers and technologists contributes decades of experience and R&D in science and asset management, with deep expertise in computer science, operations research, machine learning, natural science, statistics and finance.

AIM has created a fully integrated, end-to-end, investment and risk management software engine ("
PIE Predictive Investment Engine™", or PIE) based on, and driven by, AI and ML.

PIE flexibly integrates multiple machine learning technologies and methods into a fully automated operating system which combines the output of a data processing component, a predictive component, and a risk minimization component to operate investment strategies in line with the objectives defined by the portfolio managers.

The Processor transforms and enrich raw market data in multiple ways to make it more readable and better interpretable by the Predictor.

The Predictor consists of hundreds of AI analysts (self-learning adaptive algorithms) that analyze the processed data to generate a single combined prediction for each instrument.

The Risk Manager determines optimal instrument weights to minimize portfolio drawdown risks, which should allow for a smoother equity curve whilst meeting the return objectives.
